Multi-Unit Home PRicing

Pricing for multi-unit homes with 2 to 4 dwelling units is based on the home inspection pricing for square footage, plus $100 for each dwelling unit beyond one. For example, a duplex that is 2,800 square feet would cost $500 (the base price of $400 for that square footage, plus $100 for the second unit). A triplex with the same square footage would cost $600 - another $100 for the third unit). This price structure also applied to walk-through inspections.
