Multi-Unit Home PRicing

Pricing for multi-unit homes with 2 to 4 dwelling units is based on the home inspection pricing for square footage, plus $50 for each dwelling unit beyond one. For example, a duplex that is 2,800 square feet would cost $425 (the base price of $375 for that square footage, plus $50 for the second unit). A triplex with the same square footage would cost $475 - another $50 for the third unit.
