  • Payment for your inspection services is due in full on or before the date of the actual inspection.
  • All major forms of payment are accepted (credit/debit cards, cash and checks).
  • We do not charge extra for cursory checks of detached garages inspected with a home inspection!

  • We work weekends! Weekend inspections are performed for an additional $25 fee.

Homes listed for 75k or more qualify for our premium inspection, which is an additional $50 and includes many valuable add-ons!

Available only for foreclosure, investment and commercial properties and homes being sold "as is".

Residential:
Up to 2,500 sf = $250
2,501 to 4,000 sf = $350
4,000 sf and up = $450
Commercial:
Up to 5,000 sf = $350
5,001 to 10,000 sf = $550
10,001 to 15,000 sf = $750
15,001 to 20,000 sf = $950

Multi-Unit Home PRicing

Pricing for multi-unit homes with 2 to 4 dwelling units is based on the home inspection pricing for square footage, plus $150 for each dwelling unit beyond one. For example, a duplex that is 2,800 square feet would cost $600 (the base price of $450 for that square footage, plus $150 for the second unit). A triplex with the same square footage would cost $750 - another $150 for the third unit. This price structure also applies to walk-through inspections.
