Having your property thoroughly inspected is one of the most important things you can do before making such a major decision that will significantly affect you for the rest of your life, and our goal is to provide you with clear and detailed information about your property so you will be completely confident in your decision prior to closing.
  • Payment for your inspection services is due in full on or before the date of inspection.
  • All major forms of payment are accepted (credit/debit cards, cash, checks, etc).
  • We do not inspect homes listed below $50k, mobile homes, or houses on full crawlspaces, and we reserve the right to refuse inspection of foreclosure or tenant occupied homes.
  • Military discounts for all qualifying clients. Thank you for your service!
  • We work weekends! Weekend inspections are performed for an additional $25 fee on Saturdays and a $50 fee on Sundays.

2501-3000 sf = $575.00

      5251 sf and up = $0.15 / sf

COMMERCIAL INSPECTION PRICING

Any building designated for commercial use or with more than 4 dwelling units

Starting at $0.10 / sf ($750 minimum)

THERMAL IMAGING PRICING

Add our popular, state-of-the-art thermal imaging (infrared) scan to your home inspection for only $75. Thermal imaging for commercial assessments is priced at $75 per 2,500 sf.

Walk-through Inspection Pricing

Also known as a "walk and talk," a walk-through consultation is a verbal-only assessment performed for a reduced fee. This option is especially beneficial for lower priced homes, foreclosures, "fixer uppers," and properties being sold as-is. Our unique video report is available for walk-through consultations.

Residential:
Up to 2,500 sf = $300
2,501 to 4,000 sf = $400
4,000 sf and up = $500
Commercial:
$200 - $300 per 5,000 sf ($500 minimum)

Multi-Unit Home Pricing

Pricing for multi-unit homes with 2 to 4 dwelling units is based on the home inspection pricing for square footage, plus $200 for each dwelling unit beyond one. For example, a duplex that is 2,800 square feet would cost $775 (the base price of $575 for that square footage, plus $200 for the second unit). A triplex with the same square footage would cost $975 - another $200 for the third unit. This price structure also applies to walk-through consultations.
