THERMAL IMAGING PRICING

Add our popular, state-of-the-art thermal imaging (infrared) scan to your home inspection for only $75. This important service allows us to detect defects not visible to the naked eye to provide a more thorough, comprehensive assessment and greater peace of mind.

Walk-through Pricing

Also known as a "walk and talk," a walk-through consultation is a verbal-only assessment performed for a reduced fee. This option is especially beneficial for lower priced homes, foreclosures, "fixer uppers," and properties being sold as-is. Our unique video report is available for walk-through consultations.

Residential:
Up to 2,500 sf = $300
2,501 to 4,000 sf = $400
4,000 sf and up = $500

Multi-Unit Pricing

Pricing for multi-unit homes with 2 to 4 dwelling units is based on the home inspection pricing for square footage, plus $200 for each dwelling unit beyond one. For example, a duplex that is 2,800 square feet would cost $775 (the base price of $575 for that square footage, plus $200 for the second unit). A triplex with the same square footage would cost $975 - another $200 for the third unit. This price structure also applies to walk-through consultations.

All premium home inspections include a 6-month comprehensive home warranty and several valuable protection plans through Summit Warranty Corporation, as well as the InterNACHI ‘We’ll Buy Your Home’ Guarantee, for complete protection and peace of mind.

  • Payment for your inspection services is due in full on or before the date of inspection.
  • All major forms of payment are accepted (credit/debit cards, cash, checks, money orders, etc).
  • We do not inspect homes listed below $50k, mobile homes, or houses on full crawlspaces, and we reserve the right to refuse inspection of foreclosures, tenant occupied homes, and houses we deem generally unsafe.
  • Military discounts for all qualifying clients. Thank you for your service!
  • We work weekends! Weekend inspections are performed for an additional $25 fee on Saturdays and a $50 fee on Sundays.
