Multi-Unit Home PRicing

Pricing for multi-unit homes with 2 to 4 dwelling units is based on the home inspection pricing for square footage, plus $200 for each dwelling unit beyond one. For example, a duplex that is 2,800 square feet would cost $675 (the base price of $475 for that square footage, plus $200 for the second unit). A triplex with the same square footage would cost $875 - another $200 for the third unit. This price structure also applies to walk-through inspections.
