Any building designated for commercial use or with more than 4 dwelling units. To uphold our high service standards, we reserve the right to refuse inspection of commercial properties listed for less than $200K.
Residential
Inspections
Including apartments, duplexes, and multi-family buildings with 4 dwelling units or less. To uphold our high service standards, we do not inspect mobile homes, houses on full crawlspaces or properties listed for under $50K in Pennsylvania. We offer only walk-through (verbal) consultations for properties listed between $50K and $99,999 in PA, and we reserve the right to refuse inspection of foreclosure or tenant occupied homes.
Walk-Through
Consultations
A verbal “walk and talk” summary available for properties listed at $50k and higher for a reduced fee. Our popular video report is available for all walk-throughs for an additional fee.
